Animal Care & Visits

Adopt one of our farm animals, including goats, lamb, pigs, chickens, guinea fowl, rabbits, or a goose for a 6 months to a year at a time! Your contribution will help us provide medical care and food for your adoptee, and you will receive a 1-1.5 hour monthly visit with your animal. All ages and abilities are welcome!

What to expect

  • Visits will be guided by enthusiastic teen volunteers or our farmers. Participants and volunteers will enhance their social skills, emotional intelligence, and executive functions through engaging, hands-on experiences. This initiative not only fosters personal growth but also creates a wonderful opportunity for meaningful skill-building that can lead to a brighter future.

  • This monthly subscription includes an educational, interactive visit with your sponsored animal. After six months, receive a coffee mug featuring a volunteer-taken photo of your animal, and after a year, a custom t-shirt.

  • A customizable experience for all ages and abilities—feed, observe, and interact with animals while learning about their role in the farm ecosystem. Enjoy snuggles, explore emotional intelligence, practice healthy boundaries, and even test their skills with tricks and experiments. Walk, care for, and treat them while building reciprocal relationships!

Because it’s a one-on-one experience, we can start exactly where you are in terms of knowledge and comfort level, allowing you to learn at your own pace. Whether you’re brand new to farm animals or looking to deepen your understanding, this hands-on approach ensures a personalized and engaging experience!

  • Of course! You're welcome to bring a group of up to 10 people. To maintain consistency, we kindly ask that the same individuals attend each month.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring a group of up to 10 kids. If your group is larger, just send us a message—we’d be happy to work out a plan that accommodates everyone!

  • Absolutely! Working with animals is a fantastic way for your team to gain confidence, develop new skills, and strengthen teamwork. It encourages communication, problem-solving, and empathy while providing a unique and rewarding hands-on experience.
