2026 Summer Camps
Registration is open!
Join us for three weeks of 5-day camps packed with hands-on learning, creativity, and outdoor fun! New this year, we are offering two age groups each week for 5-9 & 10-14 year olds.
-
Become a steward of the land while connecting with farm animals and wildlife habitats! Every day features visual or performing arts, encouraging campers to learn and engage with the outdoor world creatively. Learn through:
Animal Care: Meet and care for goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, birds, and bees.
Wildlife Habitats: Understand how to protect and nurture natural ecosystems.
Permaculture Principles: Discover how to work with the land, not against it.
Sustainable Farming: Explore methods that enhance both farm life and wildlife, and how animals contribute to these practices.
Environmental Stewardship: Learn how to create positive impacts on the planet, including how animals interact with the environment or how we use them to help us improve the land, soil, and ecosystem.
-
Dive into the wonders of the natural world through STEAM-based activities focused on:
Weather Science: Explore how the elements shape our environment.
Water Science: Learn about ecosystems, water purification, and conservation.
Soil Science: Discover what makes healthy soil and how it supports all life.
Food Science: Experiment with growing, preserving, and preparing fresh foods.
Animal Science: Study how animals interact with their environments.
Every day includes creative expression through visual or performing arts, making science fun, engaging, and unforgettable!
-
Campers explore self-expression, collaboration, and imagination through land-based art, music, movement, and storytelling, while rooted in the natural world. This camp has the most creative expression of our camps, infusing it in every activity. Learn through:
Natural Art: Create charcoal drawings, sun prints, mud sculptures, natural dyed fabrics, and process art using plants, soil, and upcycled materials.
Collaborative Creations: Work together to create large nature mandalas, painted signs, and a “Nature Museum” filled with our favorite found items.
Performing Arts & Play: Build skits from scratch, craft costumes from upcycled materials, and bring stories to life through pretend play.
Music & Dance: Create a Farm Sound Symphony. Craft instruments from natural and reclaimed materials. Listen quietly to bird song and belt the silliest songs loudly while dancing to the beat.
Creative Farm Life: Participate in gardening, harvesting, and animal care with extra silliness & imaginative fun.
Kitchen & Herb Magic: Create simple teas, snacks, and recipes, learning how creativity flows from garden to table.
Grow creativity from the ground up! Creative Roots is an experience of the farm as a shared masterpiece—one joyful, imaginative day at a time.
