Masquerade Farm Ball & Dinner | Summer Solstice 2025 (Ages 21+)

Friday, June 20 | 5:00–10:00 PM | Parker Learning Gardens, Coburg, OR

Step into a midsummer night’s dream under the hazelnut trees for our 2nd Annual Masquerade Farm Ball & Dinner. Your ticket includes:

  • Admission to the full evening event (5–10 p.m.)

  • A gourmet 5-course locally sourced meal by Chef Lino’s, featuring a special collaborative dish with Chef Derek Osborne of Mimosas, and seasonal produce from Camas Swale Farm and Parker Learning Gardens. Alternative menu accommodations are available.

  • Dinner is served from 6 to 8 p.m. at our signature long community table set in the hazelnut grove, with the cob oven and chefs at one end, and live dinner music by Two’s Company at the other end.

  • Evening show by The Barn Stormers at the Filbert Grove Stage from 8:30 to 10 p.m with old-time farm tunes, dancing, and good cheer.

  • One complimentary raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes donated by local businesses. More tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

  • Complimentary water and herbal iced tea

  • Craft drinks by The Mercantile Tavern available for purchase (self-serve bar during dinner)

Raffle:

Throughout the evening, guests can bid on unique items and experiences in our silent auction, featuring prizes generously donated by our local community—think handmade goods, farm-fresh bundles, local gift cards, and unforgettable experiences. (Each event ticket includes one complimentary raffle entry, with more raffle tickets available for purchase here or at the event.)

Dress Code:

This is a masquerade! Formal or farm-fancy attire is required—think linen dresses, boots with flair, bow ties in the orchard. Whatever makes you feel fancy. Gourd masks are required to enter the event (and admired but do not need to be worn the whole time.)

Complimentary Gourd Mask-Making Workshop:

Every ticket includes admission to a complimentary gourd mask workshop at Parker Learning Gardens. Choose from two drop-in dates:

  • Thursday, June 13 | 3–7 PM

  • Thursday, June 19 | 3–7 PM
    Craft your own wearable work of art using dried gourds grown right here on the farm.

Tabletop Upgrade (Seats 8):

Reserve a private table for your group—ideal for families, friends, birthdays, or company gatherings. Includes:

  • Seating at your own table separate from the main community table

  • One complimentary bottle of wine or pitcher of beer (guest’s choice from available options - Additional drinks available for purchase throughout the evening)
